1. Scope
These terms apply to UltraJournal (超级日记) for iOS version 2.0. Please also read the Privacy Policy. No account is required to use the app.
2. Features
The app provides journal editing and local storage, search and organization, calendar, memories, maps, widgets, exports, and backups. Some features require device permissions, network access, a compatible iOS version, or a one-time purchase. Availability is shown in the app and on its App Store page.
System changes, network outages, third-party service failures, and insufficient device storage may affect availability.
3. Your content
You retain applicable rights to the journal entries you create and are responsible for the content you add. Please respect the rights of others. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your entries to us.
4. Lifetime purchase
The optional Lifetime version is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple App Store. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. Core writing and organization features remain free. Price, tax, payment, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple's purchase flow and applicable terms.
To restore a purchase on another device, use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
5. Local data, backups, and updates
Entries are stored locally by default. You should regularly export or back up important content and keep backup files safe. Deleting the app, device damage or loss, and system recovery may make unbacked local data unrecoverable.
6. Responsible use
Use the app in compliance with applicable law. Do not try to disrupt the app or infringe the rights of others. Third-party services and platform features are also subject to their own terms.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change, and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. Mandatory rules of applicable law govern legal rights and disputes.
